Dining room furniture, wengé and red lacquer

Buying bespoke well made furniture is becoming increasingly difficult and we are proud to make furniture that suits all interiors and budgets.  Not everyone has a palace and not everyone wants a marquetry piece, however many of us would acknowledge a desire for a good, well made, well designed and correctly sized dining room table, buffet, bookcase, bed or coffee table, to name only a few of the domestic pieces of furniture we have made over the years.

We understand that budget is often a priority but we also understand the need to deliver quality furniture to clients who will hopefully come back to us and recommend us.  We therefore make every effort to answer your needs and will offer the most appropriate design options and materials for each project.  Below are dining room furniture made some years ago.  Making chairs can be complex and expensive, often requiring the need of numerous prototypes and making a small run of chairs is often so prohibitively expensive that on this occasion, we helped the client by sourcing nice, solid and modern chairs by Ligne Roset.  We matched our modern furniture to the red and dark brown chair.  Our dining table is extra wide, something you will not find in a shop.  It seats very comfortably 8 people but can very easily extend to 12 with a central extension disguised under the table, a simple system that results in a much longer table.  The large buffet, with two doors and inside cutlery drawer and shelves, is a practical and decorative piece   The pieces are made of quality, extra thick wengé veneer laid on German beech plywood for extra strength.  All edges are solid wengé.
